January fitness plan did not work well until the last week. So I have not been doing as much P90x as I had hoped just because of the way it leaves me exhausted. I need to raise my fitness level higher to get back to it. I have been doing Yoga regularly. There is a particular video at Yogaglo that I am specially fond of. This video is really good in the way it gets all parts of body stretched and non-exhausting at the same time. I get up at 6:00 AM everyday to do a 30 min Yoga practice. I hit the gym around 1:00 P.M to 2:00 PM at work. I like to do a 30-45 min workout on elliptical and 10-20 mins exercise with weights.So far So good… Work it work it is the motto!!!
